Whether making custom parts for a passion project or doing metal fabrication for an industry, our burn tables are designed to meet your needs.
We manufacture, design, and test all the burn tables we sell at our cutting-edge facility in Phoenix, Arizona. When you order a table from us, you can be confident of receiving a high-quality product. All our tables are made in the USA and come with a 5-year warranty.
A burn table is a thermal cutting table that utilizes either a plasma stream or an oxy-fuel mix to either melt materials or sway the process burns. Most burn tables vaporize the meatal burned into a powder, removing it from the cutting zone via a high velocity air or gas stream. Burn tables are primarily used for shape cutting of hot and cold rolled steel. They rely on CNC controls to minimize human error and deliver fabricated parts that require minimal cleanup and post processing. The CNC plasma table holds the materials that will be burned by these processes—laser, oxy-fuel, or plasma—using a CNC cutting machine.
Burn tables play a crucial role in metal cutting and are suitable for various industries. They can be used by fabricators working in:
The right burn table for you will depend on the nature of your project. For a smaller, home-based project, you might be able to use a basic burn table. However, large-scale projects will require more specialized thermal cutting machines and a few considerations. Ultimately, your choice of turn table will depend on the following factors:
There are different types of burn tables for different CNC machines. These include:
Squickmons offers burn tables that are designed to work with top plasma cutter brands, including:
You can operate both Cutmaster and Powermax (3 phase options supported) machines on these burn tables to produce your desired part.
