Squickmon’s CNC Plasma Table Parts List

Considering the wide use of our machines, we are taking our manufacturing a step further and offering customizable CNC plasma tables. Now, you can build your system according to your needs.

Our CNC plasma table parts list has everything from machine size to computer options and additional upgrades.

Machine size options

We offer three machine-size options to build a CNC Plasma Table.

Machine Size Price
4×8 $17,498
5×10 $19,498
6×12 $22,998

It is recommended to go through your current and think about any future project you can have before you pick the machine size. As a rule of thumb, getting a CNC plasma table one size bigger than the one you currently need is best.

Table

The Squickmon’s best CNC plasma table is made of a 3/16 fully welded steel frame with a 15,000 lb loading capacity. In addition, you can get your CNC plasma table with 4″ anti-slip leveling feet.

The CNC plasma table comes with adjustable gantry squaring and homing switch positions. A 16g steel gantry enclosure protects the powerful motor.

Plasma cutter

Assess your workload before you order your machine, or get in touch with our specialists to get advice about the cut capacity.

When building your system, you can choose between five types of plasma cutters. The most important things to consider are the thickness, material type, and available power.

Plasma Cutter Cut Capacity Price
Powermax45 XP 3/16’’ $2,575
Powermax65 SYNC 1/2” $3,975
Powermax85 SYNC 5/8” $5,100
Powermax105 SYNC 3/4” $6,550
Powermax125 1” $8,710

Software

The standard package of every CNC system has three basic software types. Specifically, a CNC plasma table requires CAD for design, CNC for table operation, and CAM for nesting.

Luckily, our standard software package can be upgraded, and you can get the Arc Professional Lite or Arc Professional Premium package.

Software Price
Arc Professional Lite $5,250
Arc Professional Premium $5,950

Computer

You can use the CNC Plasma tables with or without a computer. We have sweet deals for state-of-the-art Intel NUC PC processors if you opt for the computer-included option.

CPU Price
Intel NUC PC i5 $750
Intel NUC PC i7 $1,000

Additionally, you can order PC Station and Pedestal for $750 and a Router Kit with mount, wiring, and router for $1,000.

Design features

The CNC Plasma Table parts list wouldn’t be complete without the design features.

  • 6.5″ z-axis travel
  • 6.5″ gantry clearance
  • 3:1 motor reduction
  • Enclosed cable track
  • Three-axis protective enclosures
  • Precision ground linear rails
